Helping Families in the Timber Industry since 1990

LOG JAM, INC.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

It may take one person 365 days to prepare for Log Jam, or it may take 365 people one day to prepare for Log Jam.
We are always seeking volunteers to help out with this very worthwhile event. If you are interested in helping, please contact any one of the board members. As an elderly German lady once said "Viele Hande machen leichte Arbeit" (many hands make the work light) won't YOU consider lending a hand?
Thank You!

Our Vision and Statement

Log Jam, Incorporated is a non-profit corporation organized to financially and emotionally assist families of Montana loggers, log truck drivers, chip truck drivers and mill workers lost in work-related accidents. The Board of Directors has established that these families are to receive 25% of the fund balance up to a maximum of $10,000.00 as soon as possible.

The fund was established in 1989 by founders Kathy Hardy and Doug Brown to provide the timely, and much needed support for others that find themselves faced with a tragedy of losing a loved one.

As with any non-profit organization, we welcome the public to inspect our records and/or books. Rest assured that the monies are going directly toward the integrity of this fund. All donations/proceeds collected go towards expenses incurred to this benefit and pay out for timber-related deaths ONLY. This is strictly a volunteer organization.
